We are more than happy to give free estimates and quotations whenever possible.

We occasionally need to charge a surveyor’s consultancy fee in certain circumstances, but if these circumstances arise we will explain in detail beforehand and advise customers of any costs and the best way to pay.

In these instances, any fee paid will be refunded in full upon commencement of any work that is done.
