Just spoke to Declan at Crown Preservation. He called me after I raised the query yesterday (a Sunday), so very quick call-back. He advised me over the phone with the information I gave and said that in my case I should try a few techniques to control moisture before considering getting a call out and exploring further options. He was very helpful and happy to help, and if I do need to explore further works to control my damp problem I’d feel very confident going to Crown.
