I recently had Crown Preservation come and replace a failed membrane in an underground vault and am happy to say all damp issues have now been well and truly eliminated. The team who carried out the work were not only super professional, but really cared to not make a mess anywhere else in the property (which was very much appreciated) and most importantly they did a really impressive job on the vault.

Decklan went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable with his services and the process we were about to undergo. It was more than a “job” because he wanted us to be knowledgeable in our decisions and ensured safety first and foremost – not just related the job but any concerns we had about damp / leaks throughout the building. Declan came round to survey a damp problem, gave a narrow time slot and quickly assessed our problem. Suggested a solution and put me in touch with a roofer who has so far been decent. He didn’t quote for internal repair work as suggested we let it dry out first and/or repair with a decorator. Basically quick, experienced and honest. Decent

I can not fault Crown Preservation and the entire team. Some reviews seem ridiculous and fake to me. The job the CP are doing currently is incredible. Well timed. Constant communication and they go above and beyond!
